Rehabilitation

The goal of rehabilitation is to promote the patient’s ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Functional testing and Therapeutic exercises are developed and performed under supervision of our medical team. We have been able to help people of all ages who have medical conditions, illnesses or injuries that limit their regular ability to move and function.

Reduce or eliminate pain

Therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques such as joint and soft tissue mobilization or taping can help relieve pain and restore muscle and joint function to reduce pain.

Avoid surgery

Our goal is to eliminate pain, improve function, and avoid surgery. And even if surgery is required, you may benefit from pre-surgery physical therapy.

Improve mobility

Stretching and strengthening exercises help restore your ability to move. Whatever activity that is important to an individual’s life our goal is to get you back to it safely and efficiently without causing more damages to the area.

Improve balance

If you’re at high risk for falls, therapists will provide exercises and passive therapy to improve coordination and balance. Strengthening the pelvic muscles has also been very successful in improving balance.
